If I could give zero stars I would, not only did he put my tire on backwards and didnt check his work but because of this, my tire was flat by the time I got home. It cost me my brand new tire and bent my rim. Charged me 38$ and messed up my brand new tire and rim. Yay!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My friend and I were on a girls road trip when we ran into tire trouble, and we couldn't have been luckier to find Sebastian's Tire Shop. Pancho and Jonathan took amazing care of us from the moment we walked in. They were honest, trustworthy, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything without making us feel pressured. Their customer service was perfect, and they turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. They truly care about their customers, and it shows. Thank you, Pancho and Jonathan, for going above and beyond! I highly recommend Sebastian's Tire Shop to anyone looking for honest people and outstanding service. P.S. The girl with the 3 bad tires 😭😂 🛞 🛞 🛞

This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping us. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. A huge thank you to Pancho and Jonathan for helping us out so much. As two girls on a road trip, it was really reassuring to know we were receiving honest service. They showed us the issues, talked us through our options, and made sure we understood everything instead of trying to upsell us. We left feeling confident, taken care of, and incredibly grateful. If you’re looking for a trustworthy tire shop with amazing customer service, this is the place to go!!

These guys were a lifesaver on a Sunday! After trying to get our tire looked at by Sams Club AND Firestone, who both refused to touch a run flat. The young man working at this shop, was able to diagnose that it wasn't even the tire but my wheel was cracked! All within minutes! He didn't have a replacement but was able to seal the crack so we could make it home to Texas safely and get it to a dealership on Monday. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone local or passing through.
